Eligibility:

To use Local List, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian and provide accurate account information. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information.

Listings and User Content:

Users are responsible for all content they post, including photos, descriptions, prices, and messages. You agree not to post illegal items, stolen goods, fraudulent or misleading listings, adult content, or anything that violates local, state, or federal laws. Local List reserves the right to remove listings or accounts that violate these rules.

Transactions Between Users:

Local List is a technology platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Local List does not guarantee payment, delivery, or the accuracy of listings. Users are responsible for meeting safely and verifying items before purchase.

Payments and Featured Listings

Local List may offer optional paid features such as Featured Listings to increase visibility. Payment is for promotional placement only and does not guarantee a sale.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented delivery of a paid feature, or confirmed billing errors.

Refund requests should include your account email, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Account Suspension

Local List reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users who violate policies, attempt fraud, or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Local List is provided as is without guarantees of availability or reliability. Local List is not responsible for disputes between users, losses related to transactions, or damages related to items purchased.
